We offer established companies that are established only for the purpose of sale. These companies have a registered capital of EUR 5,000; they have a registered office and all the activities necessary for your business are recorded in the Commercial Register. They may be either VAT taxpayers or non- taxpayers.
Slovenian citizens take advantages of doing business in Slovakia also due to:
• Purchase of passenger cars excl. VAT (in Slovakia, you may deduct the VAT for each
passenger car when you have a company as a VAT taxpayer)
• Lower compulsory payments for employees than in Slovenia

Necessary documents for the purchase or establishment of a company:
• ID card of the future owner and executive director of the company
• An extract from the judicial record of Slovenia only for the future executive director of the company (it need not be translated into Slovak).
When you arrive in our office, we will process complete documentation for you for the change of registration or establishment of a new company, within two hours.
The registration of a company or a change in the Commercial Register lasts for at least 10 business days. Then we will help you to open a bank account and you can start doing your business.

3. OBTAINING A RESIDENCE PERMIT IN SLOVAKIA
For Slovenian citizens we are able to obtain a permanent residence permit for 5 years in Slovakia.
We will secure an address at which you will be registered, and all documentation. We will assign you an employee from our company who will accompany you in the relevant authorities. The standard length of obtaining a permanent residence permit is 30 days, we are able to get it within 5 days for a fee.
The permanent residence in Slovakia is required for processing loans and leasing and will facilitate your business in Slovakia.
We also offer the possibility of obtaining a residence permit for citizens from third countries for employment purposes.

4. VEHICLE REGISTRATION AND LEASING
We will provide the registration of Slovak motor vehicle licence plates for a new and used vehicle purchased in Slovakia or abroad. We register cars only in the Bratislava district.
We also offer our clients leasing and credit for new and used vehicles (imported from abroad or bought in Slovakia). Please expect a minimum of 20% deposit and a repayment period of 3 to 5 years. We will process the lease-back for a paid vehicle from abroad.
We will provide you with tailor-made insurance for the vehicle (compulsory and accident insurance-kasko). The compulsory insurance of vehicles in Slovakia is the cheapest in the whole EU! The annual statutory premium for a passenger car costs EUR 150 on the average.
We offer transit plates for companies that can be installed on every vehicle (not registered) for the purpose of its transit. The transit plates and insurance are valid for one year (after one year, we will renew the plates for another year). These plates are mostly used by companies trading in cars.
